We went back and forth before we placed Richard at the number 11 spot, we want to placed him at the number 10 spot because his probably the most bankable young star right now, but with all the drama his involved with lately we cant decide whether we still like him or not. Richard has proven his worth in terms of doing action T.V soaps, now he need to proved to us he can act in heavy drama as well.

#12: MARIAN RIVERA

If this countdown is about the most popular young celebrity right now, Marian will probably land at the no. 1 spot. Its hard to hate Marian but its not easy to love her either, we like her because of the lovable characters she portrays, but with all the bad publicity about her allegedly bad attitude, we cant help but wonder and think twice about her.

#13: ANGEL LOCSIN

Angel's likability factor went down a little bit, but every time we saw Angel, we simply cant get enough of her. We have to admit though that her popularity went so high that it came down crashing after her drastic and unexpected transfer from GMA to ABS CBN, rumors has it that her last film "love me again" flop at the box office tilts. On the lighter note Angel will top billed ABS CBN new prime time soap entitled only you.

#14: SAM MILBY

After he joined PBB, Sam career has took flight. Since then he was paired with the hottest young stars such as Toni Gonzaga Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis. Next on the list? Bea Alonzo. Despite him being a newbie, Sam has proved to be a crowd drawer having 3 straight box office movies, booking commercials, selling thousands copies of albums and filing seats in every concert venues he performed to.
