When you say pop we say Britney when you say hot we say Megan fox, When you say dream we say Iza Calzado is a dream! Iza's look is very unique, we compared her to a classic clothe with a twist of modern in it. Everything about her is lovable, specially when she smiles it melts our heart. Unlike most celebrity, Iza's popularity doesn't depend on scandals or being involved in a complicated relationship, you don't get to read about her crazy antics in tabloids nor hear it in any celebrity news programs. One left to wonder, why she's so in demand right now? simply because she has what is needed to stay in the game, talent!

#09: KC CONCEPCION

Money,Beauty,Fame and Intelligence is what most people wanted the most. Some dreams for it, while others like KC Concepcion simply have it.

What sets KC apart from the other young stars right now is her active contribution in different organizations that benefits those who are in need. Even though her rise to stardom was an easy road,KC is trying to have her own footprints placed a mark in the industry and breakaway from being her mothers shadow, although it will definitely be hard at least she's trying.

#10 KATRINA HALILI

Burning hot is how we described Katrina Halili, we have our love hate relationship with her, due to the controversy involving her with Hayden whatever his last name is, but we decided to give her another chance ones we saw her billboard in EDSA. Her career seems to be stalled but don't worry she's aware of it. 100% we are confident that Kat can rebound from all of this and reclaimed her status as one of GMA 7 hottest stars.

#11: RICHARD GUTIERREZ

We went back and forth before we placed Richard at the number 11 spot, we want to placed him at the number 10 spot because his probably the most bankable young star right now, but with all the drama his involved with lately we cant decide whether we still like him or not. Richard has proven his worth in terms of doing action T.V soaps, now he need to proved to us he can act in heavy drama as well.

#12: MARIAN RIVERA

If this countdown is about the most popular young celebrity right now, Marian will probably land at the no. 1 spot. Its hard to hate Marian but its not easy to love her either, we like her because of the lovable characters she portrays, but with all the bad publicity about her allegedly bad attitude, we cant help but wonder and think twice about her.

#13: ANGEL LOCSIN

Angel's likability factor went down a little bit, but every time we saw Angel, we simply cant get enough of her. We have to admit though that her popularity went so high that it came down crashing after her drastic and unexpected transfer from GMA to ABS CBN, rumors has it that her last film "love me again" flop at the box office tilts. On the lighter note Angel will top billed ABS CBN new prime time soap entitled only you.

#14: SAM MILBY

After he joined PBB, Sam career has took flight. Since then he was paired with the hottest young stars such as Toni Gonzaga Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis. Next on the list? Bea Alonzo. Despite him being a newbie, Sam has proved to be a crowd drawer having 3 straight box office movies, booking commercials, selling thousands copies of albums and filing seats in every concert venues he performed to.

#15: LUIS MANZANO

Luis has the looks and the body but what makes him so likable is his sense of humor. His very comfortable in his own skin that his not afraid to be goofy and make fool of himself. Despite all the rumors about him being such a "kiss and tell guy" he manage to laugh and make fun about it and we believe him when he says his not that kind of guy.

#16 KIM CHUI

Everything about Kim is limited! Her height, her acting and dancing skills even her looks but her likability factor is so high that no matter how we try, we simply cant resist to love her!

#17 DING DONG DANTES

Ding Dong is one of the 3 most sought actors today, but unlike Richard G. and John Lloyd C., he still needs to proved weather he can draw crowds w/0 being paired with Marian Rivera. Ding Dong has the looks, charisma and the body that makes the girls go gaga over him, and it looks like his taking advantage of it.

#18 GERALD ANDERSON

Naughty is how we defined Gerald Anderson. He may play the good boy role every now and then but something about him tells us his a playboy in the making. Unlike Mark Herras who's tag as a bad boy, Gerald will unlikely have a better career cause he has a point of direction of where he is going.

#19 DENNIS TRILLO

After all the controversy that surrounded him, Dennis may have manage to survive from it, but unfortunately his likability factor didn't. Dennis next T.V project will be entitled Adik Sayo to be top billed by Ms. Jolina Magdangal. Among the prime stars of GMA, Dennis acting is superb compared to his male contemporaries but unfortunately he seems to be loosing the umff factor that he once have.

#20 SARAH GERONIMO

We always considered Sarah as one of the most talented young stars of today. After her successful stint in the movie A Very Special Love we went from liking her to loving her. Her career is in full speed right now and we couldn't be any happier!

#21: LOVI POE

If only GMA Network stop playing favoritism and build up other talents that has true talents, Lovi has a shot of becoming a big star. While she continues to play small parts in movies and televisions theirs no denying that she is full of potentials.Although were a little bit concern with her relationship with Jolo Revilla as long as she knows how to play it safe, she will go a long way.

#22: BEA ALONZO

We don't like Bea as much as we like John Lloyd, the reason why she is included in our list is that, we cannot deny her impressive achievements in the past few years. We also think that our top 30 list wouldn't be complete without her. The thing we don't like about her is that she lacks in the personality department,she intends to be boring. Another thing is when she sings her expression is so exaggerated it irritates us.

23: ZANJOE MARUDO

We all know the name Zanjoe Marudo during PBB Celebrity season 2, He serves as the eye candy from the said show, but the turning point on Zanjoe's career came after he landed the role of Caloy in the 2007 hit movie "you got me" topbilled by Toni Gonzaga and Sam Milby. Since then people got more interested in his personal life rather than his professional career. Whats next for him? He will star alongside KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual in the upcoming remake of "Lovers in Paris".

#24: KARYLLE

Karylle used to have a great career in GMA but after her Enchantadia stint was over, we barely see her doing any work at her former mother station. Were a little bit glad that she decided to transfer from GMA to ABS CBN whom resurrect her dying career that she became interesting again.

25: RHIAN RAMOS

We didn't like Rhian in the beginning of her career, but lately she manage to change our impression about her, she's sooooooo pretty playing the part of Lolita in Zorro that for the first time we agree that she deserves the part given to her. Still we think GMA play favoritism no matter how they deny it. The mere fact that in every movie GMA films produced she's always included in the cast tells us something.

#26: ALJUR ABRENICA

At first we are not sure weather Aljur has the making of a true star but lately his proving us to be wrong. His acting skill in his afternoon soap "Dapat ka bang mahalin" impress as so much that we almost didn't notice Kris Bernal being around.

#27: IYA VILLANIA

If your going to create a show which requires a host, Iya's name is most likely to be included in your top list. Aside from hosting Iya also venture in different forte such as acting and singing. Were not sure about her singing while in terms of her acting, a little more practice and she's good to go! Her latest gig? She will play the Trixie in the upcoming ABS CBN prime time show "Only You".

#28: JC DE VERA

He may lack in the height department but mind to tell you, he has the charisma of a basketball player and the acting skill of an award winning actor. JC shining star seems to be stalled lately with all the controversy involving him but we still believe that a talented young actor like him will get far in a world were talent matters!

#29: NIKKI GIL

Nikki Gil is young, pretty, and intelligent. If we did this countdown 3 months earlier she would probably landed in the top 15, we were a little bit turned off by her response when ask about Toni G. wanting her to be friends with her, but other than that we still find here very charming.

#30: CAMILLE PRATS

She maybe out of the market, and hasn't doing much lately, but the fact that she's sooo pretty and talented, we decided she deserves to make the cut! Camille is included in the cast of T2 and will have a guest appearance in Totoy Bato later this month. In her latest interview she told that GMA Network and her are under negotiation for her next project. We wonder what took so long for GMA to give her a follow up T.V show? Her last show where she play the main role is a big hit in the afternoon block.

THE DRAMA CONTINUE'S

Richard is one controversial man! As you all know by now, RG decided to filed a libel case against Pep.ph due to false reports about him allegedly in brawl with another celebrity. Whats my take on this one? ummm.. Well I heard that RG is asking for 25million in case he will win this case, dont you think 25 million is too much? RG has the right to sue Pep.ph because it has been confirmed that the incident never happened at all. But then again I remember an article from pep.ph written by the editor apologizing for the said mistake. The only think i don't agree w/ beside's the money is the day he filed for the case, HELLOOO Holy Week just ended...such a shame to think that Holy Week represent forgiveness yet people are suing each other. Good luck to both parties.

BEST ACTRESS

I always consider Sunshine Dizon as one of the prettiest stars of GMA network. In terms of her acting skills, theirs no doubt she is the BEST in kapuso's rooster of talents. Her latest project which is All About Eve is probably my favorite primetime show right now, the story, the actors everything is superb! One thing though, I hate the time slot were it is placed.GMA network has always been criticize for having too much fantasy shows which doesn't showcase their talents acting chops, and now that they manage to produced a show like this, which equals the quality of their former top rated show Bakekang, they decided to placed it in a time slot were many of us are too tired to watch. Sunshine,Iza and the rest of the cast of all about Eve deserves more!

ANGEL IS BACK!

Angel Locsin is BACK! After 3 weeks in Singapore, Angel has landed back here in the Philippines to promote her new T.V show entitled "Only You".
The show main cast includes Diether Ocampo, Iya Villania and Sam Milby. Since Angel's transfer from GMA to ABS CBN we saw little from her and we kinda miss her. Only You will premiere on April 27 2009.

I LOVE KATRINA!

At first I cannot decide weather I love or hate Katrina because of what she did to Dr. Belo, but then I realized she's like everyone else! A human! We lie, we cheat,we commit mistakes. So what if she had an unfair to that douche bag guy Hayden? Its not like it never happened before, Some of my friend cheats on their girlfriends and boyfriends and its not a big deal...so why condemn her? Of course its wrong but doesn't she already ask for forgiveness? So I say lets give her another chance, beside don't you think she's too HOT to resist. Cant wait for her Bench Body Ad.

TIME FOR HIS CLOSE UP

Geoff is one of the most charming and promising young actor today, proper build up on his career and he can make Richard G, John Lloyd and Ding Dong run for their money! We are hoping though that GMA will take notice on his potential and cast him as Fernando Jose in the upcoming remake of Rosalinda along side Carla Abellana. Although Maxene Magalona is our first choice for that role (Geoff and her look good together!) Carla's not bad at all.

THE NEXT JOLINA?

Is Toni Gonzaga the new Jolina Magdangal? She can sing, act,host and has a great sense of humor. We do say YES indeed. Everything Toni G. touches turns to platinum. Its hard not to like Toni cause she seems so approachable and down to earth that why were happy to hear that she is coming up with a new movie this year.She will star alongside Vhong Navarro and Sarah Geronimo. Toni G, Sarah G and VN? Definitely something worthy to look forward too!

FLYING HIGH!?!

Marian! Marian! Marian! Marian is definitely the hottest female star right now, that's why were not surprised to hear that she might actually play Darna! Due to the mediocre ratings of her latest soap opera it is said that Marian will go back in portraying roles that will gravitate towards her younger audience.Even though were happy to hear that she might play Darna, its sad to know that her acting skills might be limited again. In all fairness to Marian she a good actress , really really good! We thinks its time the Philippines get to see that!

Have you seen Ding Dong Dantes new billboard for Bench Body? Hot isn't it? DD looks good. Here's the thing though, everytime I look at his billboard it always remind me of something, it feels like De javu then I realized, yes I've seen it before! It looks a lot like a Victoria's Secret Print Ad!We Filipino's use to imitating foreign concepts from Movies to T.V shows and now billboards? Sad.

Here's a love team we can look forward to, it has been officially announced that GMA network prized possession Richard Gutierrez and ABS CBN it girl Anne Curtis will team up in the upcoming movie entitled Maybe This Time. The movie is said to be directed by Maryo J. Delos Reyes and will be under the production of GMA and VIVA Films.
Will it be a hit?We still have to wait and see they look good together though, by the way I saw the teaser already and I must say it excites me.
